INSTRUMENT RENTALS AND FINANCING
When renting instruments, we do ask for personal information to verify your identity and credit history. When renting online, this information is collected using high-grade SHA-256 RSA encryption for secure (https) connections over TLS, the same level of security used by banks and other financial institutions.

Once this information is processed, it is deleted from the Sites which typically occurs within 1-3 business days.
You agree that all personal information you provide to us is true, complete, and accurate, and that you will notify us of any changes to such personal information.
THIRD PARTY COMPANIES
Ellis County Music Center’s Privacy Policy only applies to Ellis County Music Center and our website. It does not apply to websites or pages that are linked to or from our website, or third party companies.
From time to time, we offer special finance promotions through and by outside financing companies. These agreements are between the buyer and the outside company. The terms and companies are disclosed upfront.

Our Sites use data collected by Facebook Pixel to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed by Facebook users.
